30 Hudson Yards, a recently built office building in New York City houses many superfluous tenants. One such tenant, Wells Fargo Securities, owns more than 500,000 square feet of office space over the span of nine floors to house their headquarters. Due to concerns associated with the daily strain of financial trading, Wells Fargo connected with the interior architecture firm Switzer Group and Robert Derector Telecommunications to come up with solutions. One such solution was installing a 29-foot-high LED video wall. The installed wall brings in natural scenes, like waterfalls, forests, and seascapes that break the typical plain and boring office atmosphere. This change in work atmosphere can lead to higher productivity rates as well as turn any workspace into a more desirable setting for employees to successfully accomplish tasks.
