Pixel Wall Support Center keeps track of issues that our customers confront. To identify issues presented, the following classifications will be used: purchase/billing issues, technical issues, general questions, features, and improvement suggestions. Clicking on one will direct the user to the corresponding help desk. After filling out the ticket and sending it, the Support Center will automatically file the ticket into our dashboard and direct it to the proper staff member. The support center is not only a more advanced method of reaching us, but it helps get your issues solved more promptly.
