2024 marks the fourth time the Chinese Embassy has participated in the Passport D.C. event. The open house, held in May of 2024, titled “Refreshing Fujian: Starting Point of the Maritime Silk Road”, features China’s southeastern province Fujian. Guests were treated to a full experience of Chinese art and culture, witnessed spectacular performances by artists from Fujian, and participated in interactive cultural activities, including calligraphy, floral headdress dressing, and glove puppetry. Guests also took Fujian-style tourist photos with adorable panda mascots. Pixel Wall was at this event, providing a large, beautiful, high definition video wall to bring the festivities and performances to life. The video wall engaged the audience as artists performed in front of dazzling graphics and videos, enhancing the immersion of the event.
