Pixel Wall Equipment Rental - Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Terms: The lessee agrees to and acknowledges these terms and conditions upon confirming the equipment rental.
Rental Duration: The rental period begins on the date and time stated on the rental agreement and ends on the return date and time specified. Extensions must be agreed upon in advance.
Rental Fee: The rental fee is based on a rate as agreed upon and will be charged for the entire duration of the rental period.
Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required. This will be returned upon safe and undamaged return of the rented equipment.
Return of Equipment: The equipment must be returned in the same condition as when rented, barring normal wear and tear. Any damage or excessive wear will result in deductions from the security deposit.
Late Returns: Returns after the agreed period will incur additional charges.
Maintenance and Use: The lessee agrees to use the equipment in a manner consistent with its intended use and follow any care instructions provided.
Loss or Damage: In the event of damage, loss, or theft, the lessee is responsible for the full replacement value or repair cost of the equipment.
Liability Waiver: Pixel Wall shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, property damages, or any other liabilities resulting from the use of the rented equipment.
Termination: If the lessee breaches any terms of this agreement, Pixel Wall reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately.
Reservation and Cancellation: Reservations can be made in advance. Any cancellations made less than [X days] before the rental date may incur a cancellation fee.
Indemnification: The lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pixel Wall from any claims arising out of the use or possession of the rented equipment.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of Virginia, US and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Amendments: Pixel Wall reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
