Technical Challenge: 1.5 Meter Elevated Installation

The event design required the LED video wall to be elevated approximately 1.5 meters above ground level to accommodate stage sightlines and camera framing.

To achieve this safely and securely, Pixel Wall engineered a reinforced ground-supported structure to ensure:

Structural stability
Load-bearing safety
Level alignment for seamless panel connection
Secure cable routing and redundancy

The elevated installation allowed optimal audience visibility while maintaining structural integrity throughout the event.

Rapid Incident Response: Fiber Cable Damage

During the live program, a fiber signal cable was unintentionally damaged due to foot traffic near the production area.

Diagnosed the signal interruption
Deployed a backup fiber cable from on-site inventory
Re-routed and re-secured the signal path
Restored full display functionality within approximately one hour
