Terms and Conditions
1. Order Confirmation
All orders are subject to confirmation by Pixel Wall. We will contact you using the email address and phone number provided to confirm details and availability. If we are unable to reach you, or do not receive a response, within three (3) business days of your order, we may cancel the order and release any payment hold.
2. Availability and Right to Cancel
Pixel Wall reserves the right to cancel any order we are unable to fulfill. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. This refund is your sole remedy, and Pixel Wall is not liable for any other costs, losses, or damages arising from the cancellation.
3. Power Requirements
The customer is responsible for providing adequate electrical power at the venue, meeting the specifications provided for the equipment ordered. If suitable power is not available at the scheduled installation time, Pixel Wall may be unable to complete the installation, and the order will be treated as a customer cancellation on the day of the event.
4. Venue Access
The customer is responsible for securing venue authorization for delivery, loading dock access, and installation, including any permits, certificates of insurance, union requirements, or scheduled load-in windows the venue requires. Delays caused by lack of access may incur additional charges.
5. Event Duration and Overtime
Pricing covers the event period specified in your order. Any use beyond the scheduled end time is billed at $250 per thirty (30) minute increment, or any part thereof, and is invoiced after the event.
6. Equipment Care and Damage
The customer is responsible for the equipment while it is at the venue. Loss or damage beyond normal operational wear is charged at actual replacement or repair cost, invoiced after the event.
7. Customer Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations are refunded on the following schedule, calculated from the event start date:
- 7 or more days' notice — 100% refund.
- 4 to 6 days' notice — 50% refund.
- 3 days or fewer — no refund.
The handling fee is non-refundable once your order has been confirmed.
8. Changes to Your Order
Requests to change dates, venue, or configuration are subject to availability and may change the price. Contact us as early as possible.
